The first training for Guides and partner meeting in Salt took place from the 4th to the 6th of May 2011.

The Guides in the Xploit project worked directly with the community's lifelong learning needs and how to meet these needs.

The role of the Xploit training is to start this process and to sustain it through
the project lifetime, and hopefully within the framework of the network expected to
follow the Xploit project.

During the training sessions, we received a very special visitor, Norman Longworth joined the discussions of the training about the process of building a learning city, and pointed out the need to connect Xploit with euroLOCAL.
