Phase 2
Training, competences and local Networking

We are now preparing the first training session for Lifelong Learning Guides in Salt, Spain.
Some of the important topics during the training will be the identification of relevant competences and the awareness of the importance of Networking for the Guides performance in the future.

Phase 3
Action Phase A
Identify, capture and implement European learning resources

Phase 3 is expected to be developed from June 2011.
Nevertheless, the project coordinator has already developed some suggestions on how to face the first Action Phase in the project.

The PHASE 1 REPORT is an extremely important document for the project and for Action Phase 2. It was produced as a result of the partner meeting in Romania i march 2012. It includes some reflections about Action Phase 1/A, and describes the current state of art of the learning communities.
